Observer Media Group is on the hunt for a dynamic and seasoned Business-to Business Sales Executive to join our Business Observer team. This role is pivotal in driving advertising revenue through innovative, brand-aligned campaigns that captivate our audience.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with advertising agencies and clients.
Creative Campaign Development: Design and present compelling advertising proposals and campaigns.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of advertising campaigns.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to optimize effectiveness.
Industry Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.

* Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of Ad Operations team.

* Must be organized and detail oriented with great attention to accuracy
* Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality.
* Must be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed (during crunch times!) per day or per week to meet business needs
* Using internal workflow systems to communicate with Ad Sales department and facilitate campaign launches.
* Interaction and coordination with Marketing as well as outside clients and vendors to ensure flawless advertising product executions.
* Ongoing quality assurance support for any ad campaign issues
Required:
Experience: 3+ years in Business-to-Business sales with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Skills: Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred:
* 3-5 years of project coordinating skills
* Familiarity with front end order management systems a plus (Brainworks, Salesforce.com, etc.)
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Capable of developing and implementing procedures and processes
